Especially Those Who Have Not Followed, The Retret To Wave 2 Areas Will Be Held After Eid 2025
JAKARTA - Deputy Minister of Home Affairs (Wamendagri) Bima Arya Sugiarto said the second wave of regional heads were scheduled to be held after Lebaran 2025.
This second wave is specifically for those who have not followed the first batch of retreats and regional heads whose disputes have been decided not to be granted by the Constitutional Court (MK).
"Not long after Lebaran. Maybe a week or two weeks after Eid," Bima Arya said when met in Jakarta, Monday, March 3, was confiscated by Antara.
According to him, the second batch of retreats will be subject to material adjustments because the number of regional heads who are expected to participate is not as massive as the first wave at the Military Academy, Magelang, Central Java, on February 21 to 28, 2025.
"But still about Astacita and still the main duties and functions of the regional head," he said.

Bima said the duration of the second wave of retrets to be held in Jakarta was less than eight days, such as the first batch of retreats in Magelang last week.
After the second wave of retreat, Bima added, there will be a next retreat specifically for regional heads who have re-voted (PSU). It is known, there are 24 regions ordered by the Constitutional Court to implement the PSU.
"The next wave is waiting for the completion of the PSU, the total will be at the end," he added.
The first batch of regional heads in Tidar Valley, Military Academy, Magelang, Central Java, was completed on Friday (28/2). A total of 494 of the 503 regional heads scheduled to attend the briefing.
The briefing presented a number of resource persons, including ministers to heads of institutions in the Red and White Cabinet. The retreat is expected to build emotional ties and encourage the synchronization of central and regional government policies.
Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court decided to grant a portion of 26 of the 40 Pilkada 2024 dispute cases which continued to the evidentiary stage. Of that number, as many as 24 regions were granted with the verdict ordering the local KPU to implement the PSU.
The Constitutional Court ordered PSUs both in all and in some polling stations with various time limits, namely 30 to 180 days from the time the decision was pronounced on February 24, 2025.
