The Stepdaughter Of The Main Suspect Collapses The Head Of The Victim In The Mother-Child Murder In Subang
West Java Regional Police (West Java Police) revealed the role of suspect Abi Aulia (AA) in the case of premeditated murder of her mother and child, Tuti Suhartini (55) and Amelia Mustika Ratu (23), in Subang in 2021.
Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Police Commissioner Jules Abraham Abast, explained that AA played a role in banging Amelia's head and preparing a Toyota Alphard vehicle used to store and transport the victim's body.
"The suspect AA hit Amelia's head. In addition, he also prepared an Alphard vehicle that initially went to the garden, then turned it overlooking the road. This vehicle is known to be used to transport the two victims," Jules said in Bandung, Monday, March 3, as reported by Antara.
Suspect AA is the stepchild of the main suspect, Yosep Hidayah (YH), who was the mastermind behind the murder of the child and mother.
Jules revealed that until now investigators have been named five suspects in this case, two of whom, namely YH and MR, have been sentenced to the Subang District Court.
"YH has been sentenced to 20 years and MR was sentenced to four years in prison. And the other three people will certainly proceed," he said.

Meanwhile, the Director of General Criminal Investigation at the West Java Regional Police, Senior Commissioner of Police Surawan, added that the case file for suspect AA had been declared complete (P21) by the Subang District Attorney.
Therefore, the police immediately arrested and detained suspect AA so as not to run away
"We made arrests and detentions for later we will hand them over to the prosecutor's office in the second stage," he said.
Surawan explained that AA's presence at the scene was strengthened by a key witness, one of which was an angkot driver who saw AA turning Alphard's vehicle, hampering the flow of traffic.
"That AA was actually at the TKP. This means that there was a role on the day of the incident, where this AA turned the vehicle that had previously faced the garden and then turned its head facing the highway," he said.
Until now, the police have not detained two other suspects, namely Mimin (Yosep's second wife) and Arighi Reksa Pratama (Mimin's son). Even so, both of them are still under police monitoring and are obliged to report.
"The files of the two cases are still in progress. For the two suspects, we are still monitoring them, and we are obliged to report them," he said.
