Evidence Of Alleged Opportunities For Investigation Of Harun Masiku's Case Continues To Be Equipped By The KPK

JAKARTA - Allegations of obstruction to the investigation into the bribery case of former PDIP candidate Harun Masiku continue to be investigated by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The search for evidence so that the construction is more complete continues.

"Investigator friends are still investigating (about the obstruction to the investigation of the Harun Masiku case, ed)," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika to reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Friday, December 6.

Tessa said investigators continue to strengthen the evidence they already have. "Everything (investigated, red)," he said.

"Including efforts to obstruct investigations, investigators are still equipped with evidence," continued the spokesman with the investigator's background.

As previously reported, the KPK has examined witnesses regarding the alleged obstruction of the investigation in the bribery case that ensnared Harun Masiku. One of them is former KPU Commissioner Wahyu Setiawan who was worked on by investigators on Monday, July 29.

In addition, the KPK also examined Saeful Bahri's ex-wife, Dona Berisa some time ago. He was questioned for the same thing as Wahyu Setiawan.

Meanwhile, Harun Masiku became a fugitive after being named a suspect in giving bribes to former KPU commissioner Wahyu Setiawan to serve as a member of the DPR through the interim replacement (PAW). He has fled for four years or from 2020.
