The Perpetrator Of The Murder Of One Family In Kediri Was Arrested, Heartache Borrowed Money Refused
KEDIRI - Kediri Resort Police, East Java, arrested the perpetrator of the murder of a family in Pandantoyo Village, Kediri Regency, East Java.
Kediri Police Chief AKBP Bimo Ariyanto explained that his party arrested Yusa Cahyo Utomo, the younger brother of a female victim named Kristiani, a resident of Pandantoyo Village, Ngancar District, Kediri Regency.
"The team moved to investigate. In the end, we were able to arrest the perpetrators of the murder in the Lamongan area in less than 24 hours. The perpetrator was Yusa, the younger sister of the female victim," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, December 6.
AKBP Bimo revealed that the case started when the perpetrator came to the victim's house on Sunday (1/12) with the intention of borrowing some money. However, at that time the victim refused the request.
The perpetrator felt disappointed with his brother's attitude, then turned his brother's house. However, the perpetrator on Tuesday (3/12) returned from Wates District on foot to Ngancar at his brother's house.
In the early hours of Wednesday (4/12), the perpetrator knocked on the door of the victim's house and opened it by his Christian brother. The perpetrator had an argument with the victim until the tragedy occurred. The perpetrator hit the victim in the head with a hammer.
Hearing the quarrel between the younger siblings, the victim's husband, Agus Komarudin, came to the location, including the victim's first child, Christian Agusta Wiratmaja. They were all hit in the head three times and died.
The child victim's child, Samuel Putra Jordaniel, was also beaten. Luckily, the person concerned could still be saved from the incident.
"The perpetrator carried out the action at around 03.00 WIB, then at 05.00 WIB he left the crime scene (TKP) with the victim's car, bag, and belongings," he said.

The police chief said that his party went straight to the location when they found the report on the alleged murder. The officers conducted a crime scene investigation and asked witnesses for statements.
At that time, the victim was immediately evacuated to the hospital. The three victims died, then a post-mortem was carried out, and as a result, the victim suffered trauma from a blunt object blow to the head. Each victim was hit three times in the head.
Survivors are still receiving intensive care at the Bhayangkara Hospital in Kediri. The victim has also undergone surgery on the head for frozen blood collection.
"The child who survived last night has been operated on due to blood clots in the head. Currently it is stable and has received intensive supervision," said AKBP Bimo.
The victim's child who survived was still traumatized so the police could not ask for detailed information on the incident.
Meanwhile, the perpetrator was detained at the Kediri Police Headquarters. The perpetrator was charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code regarding premeditated murder with the threat of the death penalty.
