President Pezeshkian: We Have Missiles So Other Countries Won't Dare To Attack
JAKARTA - President Masoud Pezeshkian stressed that Iranian missiles are aimed at demeaning those who want to target the country, and are not meant to be used to launch acts of aggression against other countries.
"We have (missiles) (which we have) so they won't dare to attack us. Our missiles are not meant (to be used) to carry out attacks against anyone or (contributing to) expansionism," said Pezeshkian President Monday, quoted from Mehr November 5.
President Pezeshkian further said the country had developed defense projectiles so that parties like the Israeli regime would not be able to target its country.
On the same occasion, President Pezeshkian praised Palestinians living in Gaza for their "respect and greatness" which has barred the Israeli regime from forcing them to surrender, despite targeting the coastal territory with everything it has for more than a year now.
In the same context, President Pezeshkian denounced the Zionist regime for claiming respect for human rights and international law, while its authorities carried out "violence, genocide, crime, and murder behind their neat appearance and tie."
As of Sunday, Gaza's health authorities confirmed that the death toll from the Israeli attacks since October 7, 2023 has risen to 43,341, while injuries have reached 102,105, with the majority of victims being women and children, quoted from WAFA.

The contradiction between claims and regime actions shows the regime's "insensiveness and lack of identity", President Pezeshkian said.
He also criticized those who accused Iran of failing to comply with human rights, saying those who had accused the country of being the same party that had launched a deadly attack on the Iranian nation, including women and children, with chemical weapons and targeting the source of people's livelihood with sanctions.
