In Order To Support Investment, Minister Nusron Will Prepare PP On National Regional Spatial Planning
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) is trying to strengthen regulations in the field of spatial planning in order to support investment. This was conveyed by the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN, Nusron Wahid in a Joint Working Meeting of Commission II of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) at the Nusantara Building of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Jakarta on Wednesday, October 30.
"We are preparing a Draft Government Regulation (RPP) on the National Regional Spatial Planning or RTRWN as a follow-up to Law Number 59 of 2024 concerning the National Long-Term Development Plan for 2025 to 2045," said Nusron Wahid when presenting the 100 Working Day Program of the Red and White Cabinet.
Previously, Minister Nusron also emphasized that the Ministry of ATR/BPN had begun to coordinate vertically and horizontally regarding the preparation of a Detailed Spatial Plan or RDTR as a derivative of RTRWN. In the future, RDTR must be integrated with Online Single Submission (OSS) to facilitate the entry of investment in Indonesia.
Zaman I am a member of the House of Representatives (DPR) in Commission VI, we often complain about the slowness of the PKKPR ( Approval for Adjustment of Spatial Utilization Activities) document. After sitting here, I know the answer, it turns out that the PKKPR document even though the name of the ministry is ATR/BPN but the regime of spatial planning is still the authority of the regional government (Pemda), and there are still many local governments that have not been _online system_ in spatial planning and do not even have a map and so on. This is one that we have to coordinate, "explained Minister Nusron.
