Commitment To Be Part Of Land Problem Settlement Solutions, Commission II Of The Indonesian House Of Representatives Supports The Minister Of Nusron's 100 Working Day Program
JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid conveyed his 100 Working Day Program in the Red and White Cabinet in front of the leadership and members of Commission II of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) in a Working Meeting at Nusantara II Building, Wednesday, October 30. At least, there are nine work programs that will be focused on solving land problems in Indonesia.
The nine work programs presented by Minister Nusron received good response and support from the leadership and members of Commission II of the DPR RI. "Our commitment to the leadership and members of Commission II of the DPR RI is to be part of the solution to all land and spatial problems in Indonesia. If the bottleneck is at the level of law regulations, then we will work as well as possible to present a fast track legislation," said Chairman of Commission II DPR RI, Muhammad Rifqinizamy Karsayuda.
"If the Minister targets himself to 100 days to solve various kinds of problems that have been around for decades since this republic was born, then we think we will also be ready to jointly discuss and decide," added the Chairman of Commission II of the DPR RI.
He realized that the land problem could not be resolved by the Ministry of ATR/BPN itself but needed to cooperate with the Ministry of Forestry and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. For this reason, he invites all parties to enforce the law in the land sector. "I think this settlement is a national sovereignty issue, no matter how capable the state is to enforce its land law against anyone in this republic, indiscriminately," said Muhammad Rifqinizamy Karsayuda.

He hopes that the program can further grow the Indonesian economy. "We really entrust this HGU land so that its productivity can increase, so it is certain that the economic growth targeted by the Prabowo-Gibran Government can be donated in terms of this land," concluded the Deputy Chairman of Commission II of the DPR RI.
