Russia Builds Military Power In North Pole, Kremlin: Absolute For President Vladimir Putin

JAKARTA - Russian President Vladimir Putin considers the presence of the Russian army in the North Pole, is absolutely required for military development. 

This is stated by spokesperson Kremlin Dmitry Peskov, regarding a CNN report about satellite images showing huge military development by Russia in the North Pole. 

It has been said, President Vladimir Putin as a Commander-in-Chief is really considering the presence of his army in the Russian Pole, as a required element in the development of the Russian military.

"Arctic Zone is a region that is very important for Russian Federation, either valid for our border or our Special Economic Zones. The potential economic growth is increasing over years, You know that there is a general plan for national development in the North Pole. And all of it will be carried out consistently," Peskov said, as reported by CNN, Wednesday, April 7.

Russian hardware in High North includes bomber and MiG31BM jet, as well as new radar system which is close to the Alaskan beach. "We are committed to protect your issue of US National Security in the North Pole by enforcing the regulation based on the rule in that area. Especially through our Arctic's ally and partner network, having the same interest as what we've done in that order," Kirby added.

Responding to the concern, Peskov said, it may not be forgotten that the United States alone never give up their military presence in the Arctic Zone. 

"(They) never attenuate their attention to the Arctic Zone," he said.
