Kamal Adwan Hospital Overwhelmed By Nearly Hundreds Of Victims Of Israel's Latest Attack On North Gaza
JAKARTA - Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in North Gaza said more than 90 bodies had been identified after Israeli airstrikes on a multilevel building in Beit Lahiya.
More than 90 martyrs have been identified, and more than 45 injured people have been treated, Dr Hussam Abu Safiya said.
According to Abu Safiya, the hospital could not cope with the influx of patients after the attack that hit the apartment block on Tuesday morning.
Kamal Adwan Hospital and its surroundings have become closed and become a disaster zone. The injured victim lay on the floor of Kamal Adwan Hospital. We appeal to the world to open a safe humanitarian corridor and allow special medical teams in all surgical specialties," continued Abu Safiya.
There are children with prominent bones from their bodies that require orthopedic surgery. There is a brain injury that requires neurosurgeon. We are talking about critical and complex injuries that require a special medical team," he continued.

There is not a single ambulance in northern Gaza. We call on the international community, humanitarian organizations and international agencies to bring in an ambulance to help transport injured victims who are now lying on the streets, "said Abu Safiya.
"Those who can get to Kamal Adwan Hospital get first aid, but those who can't die on the streets. This is a reality that we are experiencing," he said.
