Red And White Cabinet Ospects On Mount Tidar Boost Cooperation, Remove Sectoral Ego

JAKARTA Ministers and deputy ministers of the Red and White Cabinet attended the briefing at the Military Academy (Akmil) Magelang, Central Java. They have departed on the C-130J Super Hercules A-140 aircraft belonging to the Indonesian Air Force from Halim Perdanakusuma, Thursday (24/10/2024). According to political observers, this provision can foster nuances and sensations of discipline and cooperation in building the nation.

President Prabowo Subianto said that the minister's briefing is expected to bring aura of tradition of courage to terrorism for cabinet ministers, because Magelang disrupted the resistance center area during the colonial period.

" Brothers and sisters, I really prioritize cooperation as a team. For that in the near future I will invite you to Magelang where we will carry out several days to add briefing, then we will hold coordinations, in Magelang, Central Java, in the Military Academy area," Prabowo said, starting his explanation of the minister's briefing in Magelang.

Members of the Red and White Cabinet will undergo briefing or Military Academy training from October 25 to 27.

Head of the Presidential Communication Office Hasan Nasbi said the sustainability agenda in Magelang would be much more complete than the inaugural plenary cabinet meeting held at the State Palace, Wednesday (23/10), because it was attended by all ministers and deputy ministers.

"So this is ateam building, but also coordination between ministries," Hasan said at the Ministry of State Secretariat Building.

Meanwhile, Head of the Prabowo-Gibran Synchronization Task Force, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, said the activity was to equalize the president's vision and mission with his assistants in the cabinet.

"There is a common vision that will be carried out in Akmil for three days. After that, start working," said Dasco.

Furthermore, Dasco also said that he would explain the steps that the government would take at the beginning of the reign. Prabowo wants all his subordinates to understand and understand well what programs are being carried out, especially in the next 100 days.

The Tidar Valley, as Mount Tidar does, comes from the words Mukti and Kadadar. Mukti means happy and successful while Kadadar refers to education, development, and testing. Simply put, the Tidar Valley is a form of life's journey to achieve success.

The Valley in the Gunung Tidar area is the place where Military Academy gave birth to TNI AD officers. This academy was first established in 1945, not long after Indonesia's independence and until now it has become the main institution that educates and trains prospective TNI AD officers.

The Tidar Valley is also a symbol of the toughness, discipline, and dedication of prospective officers forged with various physical, mental, and intellectual education. Military officers in the Tidar Valley are known as a place where cadets learn not only about military science, but also values of leadership, morality, and dedication to the nation and state.

Apart from being a place for Military Academy, Mount Tidar is also a spiritual symbol that is closely related to Java Island's history and mythology. This place is often used as a pilgrimage site and a spiritual visit for those who seek peace or want to know more about Javanese cultural history.

Executive Director of Political Communication Studies and Research Center (PolCom SRC) Andriadi Achmad positively welcomed the briefing of KMP on Mount Tidar, Magelang. Andriadi assessed that the ospects of ministers and military-style wamen conducted by Prabowo Subianto could provide benefits to foster a sense of discipline, regularity, and cooperation in working to build the nation.

"Because discipline and regularity and cooperation are the keys to success and success," Andriadi told VOI.

"As we note that military education is one of the best laboratories to give birth to the leaders of the Indonesian nation. Therefore, I strongly support the anniversary of the military against the ministers of Prabowo-Gibran," added the lecturer at Al Azhar University Indonesia.

Prabowo Subianto inaugurated 48 ministers and 56 deputy ministers, who were later referred to by many as fat cabinets. Of the 48 ministries, 21 of them were the result of the breakup of nine ministries in the previous period.

The fatness of KMP has raised the concerns of many parties, especially regarding synergies between ministries. With this briefing at the Magelang Military Academy, a political observer from the National Research and Innovation Agency Siti Zuhro said, "team building can minimize the emergence of sectoral egos."

From psychological glasses, briefing in a environment that is thick with military values is believed to affect the mentality of the ministers' leadership.

This was said by psychologist Andik Matulessy. He said the atmosphere of struggle in Akmil could raise the spirit of responsibility and courage. These values are important in facing the big challenges facing the government.

But on the other hand, for ministers who do not have military backgrounds, an atmosphere like this can trigger psychological pressure. Therefore, there needs to be a more inclusive approach to reduce tensions.
