Realme GT 7 Pro Ready To Exceed OnePlus 13 With A Brighter HBM Screen
JAKARTA The global variant of the Realme GT 7 Pro is rumored to outperform OnePlus 13 in terms of screen brightness and performance, mainly thanks to the use of the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. According to information from the Digital Chat Station tipster, the Realme GT 7 Pro will come with a custom screen from Samsung that is more expensive than the BOE screen used in the Chinese variant.
This custom screen offers a global brightness rate (HBM) of up to 2000 nits, which is brighter than the previous Realme GT 5 Pro which only reached 1600 nits. For comparison, the BOE X2 screen on OnePlus 13 is also rumored to only reach 1600 nits. This global brightness level is essential to ensure good visibility in direct sunlight.
Although manual brightness remains the same at 1000 nits, information regarding the brightness of local peaks while watching HDR content has not been disclosed.
The Realme GT 7 Pro will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which has not yet been officially released yet has appeared in Geekbench with impressive performance. However, concerns about the power efficiency and high temperature in this chip arise, as different core architectures and clock speeds reach 4.32GHz.

Previously, it was reported that CPU temperatures reached more than 98$C in normal use, raising questions about heat management and power efficiency.
The Realme GT 7 Pro is also rumored to be coming with a battery capacity of more than 6000mAh, which is the largest battery ever on a Realme phone. This battery will use a 6-cell configuration, allowing fast charging as all cells can be charged simultaneously. Based on the 3C certification list, this phone will be equipped with a 120W charger in the sales package.
In addition, Realme has also adopted a silicon-carbon anode battery technology that keeps the device light even though the battery capacity is large.
With superior screen specifications and strong processors, Realme GT 7 Pro is ready to compete in the flagship market by the end of this year
