293 Students Of SMKN 1 Klungkung Bali Detained For Not Paying Committee Money
KLUNGKUNG - Klungkung District Attorney (Kejari), Bali, searched the State Vocational High School (SMK) 1 Klungkung, Bali. This search is related to allegations of irregularities in the management of committee funds at SMKN 1 Klungkung school in 2020 until 2022.
In addition, SMKN 1 Klungkung is also known to have detained 293 diplomas of students graduating for 2020-2022 because they have not paid the committee's money.
Head of Intelligence at the Klungkung District Attorney's Office, Ngurah Gede Bagus Jatikutuma, said the inspection was carried out on Wednesday (9/10) at around 09.00 WITA at SMK Negeri 1 Klungkung.
"Based on the search warrant for the Head of the Klungkung District Attorney's Office number Print-813/N.1.12/Fd.1/10/2024 dated October 8, 2024," said Jatikusuma, Friday, October 11.
This search was carried out for investigation purposes to ensure that there were documents related to committee funds from 2020 to 2022 and none as in the Minutes of Investigation (BAP) in the case of alleged irregularities in the management of committee funds at SMK Negeri 1 Klungkung in 2020-2022 which is being handled by the Klungkung Kejari.

The Rp182,558,145, which was allegedly sourced from committee funds for 2020-2022, was previously controlled in cash by the principal and could not be accounted for.
"And also the investigative team found 293 diplomas which are still being held by SMK Negeri 1 Klungkung because they cannot be redeemed as a result of the committee's payment has not been implemented," he added.
The documents from the search were stored in the evidence room of the special criminal act of the Klungkung Kejari.
"Meanwhile, the money worth Rp. 182,558,145 was deposited into the Klungkung Kejari RPL account to ensure the safety of the money that was secured," he said.
