Anggun Receives Award From Music Festival In Russia
JAKARTA - Soloist Anggun made history by receiving the “Duet of the Year” award for the song “Caruso” with Maestro Luciano Pavarotti at the prestigious BRAVO INTERNATIONAL CLASSICAL MUSIC AWARDS, the leading music celebration in Russia, on the legendary stage of the Bolshoi Theater.
With many singles perched on the charts in Russia, Anggun is the best-selling artist in Indonesia and Asia in the country and this award recognizes achievements in her international success around the world, including in Russia.
"I am very proud to have been awarded this special award", said Anggun in an official broadcast, reported by Antara, Sunday, April 4.
“I had a concert in Moscow before the pandemic started, and I promised myself to be back as soon as possible. The event to celebrate The Russian Music Awards is the best opportunity for me to perform again in entertaining the Russians", said the judge of Asia's Got Talent and The Masked Singer France and the United Nations Goodwill Ambassador.
