KPK Grants Case Service Car Of Former Regent Zainuddin Hasan To South Lampung Regency Government
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has donated an official vehicle to the South Lampung Regency Government.
"The grant received by the South Lampung Regency Government is in the form of a unit of a Vellfire 2G 2.5A/T black vehicle frame number AGH300178579 and engine number 2ARJ078579 on behalf of PT Pusaka Nyalatama Motor," said KPK Director of Asset Tracking, Evidence Management, and Execution (Labuksi) Mungki Hadipratikto, in his statement, Thursday, October 3, confiscated by Antara.
He said that the vehicle came from the case of former South Lampung Regent Zainuddin Hasan, who had been cut off and had permanent legal force based on the Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 113 K/Pid.Sus/2020 dated January 28, 2020, with the verdict a quo.
"We are very grateful to be able to establish synergies and provide benefits for the South Lampung Regency Government. We really hope that the assets that will be managed by the South Lampung Regency Government in the future can be utilized properly," he said.
