Police Identify 10 Perpetrators Of Disbandment Of Discussions In Kemang, South Jakarta
JAKARTA - The police have identified the perpetrators of the vandalism who caused trouble at a discussion at the Grand Kemang Hotel, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta, Saturday, September 28.
South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Ade Rahmat Idnal said, based on a temporary investigation, there were 10 perpetrators whose identities had now been identified.
"There are 10 people. We have identified and identified the names of the perpetrators," said Ade Rahmat, Saturday, September 28.
He ensured that his party would immediately arrest the perpetrators of the vandalism for criminal proceedings.
"We will immediately arrest and process the law," he said.
The discussion, which was held by the Indonesian Forum, was disbanded by a group of people. The discussion was attended by former Chairman of PP Muhammadiyah Din Syamsuddin and constitutional law expert Refly Harun, former Secretary of the Ministry of SOEs, Muhammad Said Didu to former DPR member Marwan Batubara.
In the video received, dozens of unknown people who mostly wore hats and masks disbanded discussions by making trouble.
They removed the banner of the discussion by force, took the iron pole and hit it on one of the tables.
"Disband hey! Disband, disperse!" shouted the unknown person.

Mampang Prapatan Police Chief Kompol Edy Purwanto explained that initially there was a demonstration in front of the Grand Kemang Hotel. The action coincided with the discussion event at the hotel.
However, dozens of unknown people broke into hotel people through the back door and escaped police surveillance.
"When we focused on securing the demonstration activities in front, suddenly we received information that an unknown group of people entered through the back gate," Edy told reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Saturday afternoon.
Edy also confirmed that the crowd who entered through the back door carried out the destruction. He said the unknown people were different from the masses who held demonstrations.
"Massa, who carried out the damage, came in. We don't know because we don't know what to do inside, because there is no notification to the Police or Polres regarding activities. So people are different from groups who do it," he said.
