Presidential Aircraft Bring Jokowi To First Landing At Nusantara Airport IKN

The RJ-85 Presidential Aircraft carrying President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and his entourage landed perfectly at Nusantara Airport, the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) of East Kalimantan Province (Kaltim), Tuesday, September 24.

This was revealed by the Deputy Minister of ATR/BPN Raja Juli Antoni as well as the Acting Head of the IKN Authority in his Instagram account.

"Alhamdulillah, the Indonesian Presidential Plane landed smoothly and perfectly at Nusantara Airport," wrote Raja Juli in a description of his video upload on Instagram.

The arrival of the Head of State to IKN to lay the first stone aka groundbreaking a number of infrastructure projects starting tomorrow, Wednesday, September 25.

Jokowi is also scheduled to spend the night at IKN for the next few days.

Also accompanying President Jokowi on a flight to the archipelago, namely Fahri Hamzah, Paspampres Commander Major General TNI Achiruddin, Deputy for Protocol, Press and Media of Presidential Secretariat Yusuf Permana and Acting Military Secretary President Brigadier General Heri Purwanto.

President Jokowi visited IKN after a working visit in West Kalimantan, Tuesday, September 24. In West Kalimantan, the head of state visited Mawar Market, Pontianak City to review the prices and availability of a number of basic commodities.

After that, the President visited Mempawah Regency to inaugurate the injection of the first bauxite Smelter Grade Alumina Refinery (SGAR) of PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia.
