Huawei Receives Highest Award From The Ministry Of Manpower At The 2024 Naker Awards
JAKARTA Huawei received an award for the category of Large-Scale Foreign Investment Companies at the 2024 Naker Awards. This event was held by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).
This is the second time Huawei has received the highest award from the Ministry of Manpower. This ICT infrastructure provider also received the same award at the end of last year as companies seek to comply with regulations in Indonesia.
In addition, Huawei also continues to contribute to creating jobs in the ICT ecosystem, developing digital talents through transfer of technology knowledge, to complying with health and work safety standards set by the government.
This award was handed over by Indonesian Vice President Ma'ruf Amin to Huawei Indonesia's Vice President Management Transformation Jeffrey Wang. With this award, Wang is committed to continuing to build a good labor ecosystem.
Huawei's long-term commitment to building a labor ecosystem in Indonesia is reflected in our efforts to build harmonious industrial relations, competent and certified labor, and a safe and healthy work environment," Wang said in a statement received by VOI.

Wang added that Huawei will continue to collaborate with all stakeholders in Indonesia. This is done to create smart digital talents and encourage digital transformation more quickly.

Huawei has also received a zero-accident award for 10 consecutive years since 2014. This award was handed over by the Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah to Vice President Delivery and Services Business Laichaosen.
