The Weeknd Reveals The Narratives Presented On The New Album, Hurry Up Tomorrow
JAKARTA - The Weeknd is preparing to greet the listeners with the release of their sixth studio album. The Canadian songwriters announced that the upcoming album will be titled Harry Up Tomorrow.
The album is a trilogy that starts with the song "After Hours" and continues with "Dawn FM".
The announcement of albums on social media is also accompanied by a dramatic narrative and seems to question yourself, filled with rows of songs that refer to themselves accompanied by music.
"Today feels like an endless round," reads the narrative in the video uploaded by The Weeknd on Instagram recently.
"I continue to distort the truth, immune to confusing things, numb to death. What is behind it shouts in silence.
"I looked at the mirror and felt the old and the new trapped in uncertainty and couldn't move. I still haven't faced myself".
"The thing that used to make me unbeaten has let me down on the world stage. Trauma just showed up."
When this day is over, I will find out who I am.

The announcement continues with an explanation that the album this time represents the pinnacle of creativity of The Weeknd's music project, which serves as the third and final chapters made with existential themes and self-references as seen in recent teasers.
However, it has not been informed about the release date and the track list for the Hurry Up Tomorrow album.
For information, the launch of the album was first revealed by The Weeknd last July, through a video of more than one minute uploaded on Instagram Story.
The video combines a series of surealis images like dreams from the last four years of The Weeknd's musical career.
Throughout the video, the vague music played, mostly played by synthesizers and solid vocals.
The video ends with sunlight hitting a boy's head and spreading as grass and flowers grow.
