Defendant Tepis Perkosa To The Death Of An Internship Doctor In The Hall Of The Indian Hospital

JAKARTA - Suspect Sanjay Roy evaded the results of a polygraph test which stated that he was proven to have raped led to the murder of an intern at RG Kar Kolkata Hospital Medical School (RS), Bengala, India.

Quoting the Hindustan Times, Monday, September 2, the attorney for the suspect Sanjay, Kafita Sarkar, said that his client found an intern covered in blood in the hall of RG Kar Kolkata Hospital on August 9 in the morning.

Based on the TOI report, Kavita also said, the polegraph test hashish declared Sanjay innocent. During the lie test, Sanjay was asked 10 questions by the authorities.

Sanjay was arrested the day after his act of raping an intern in the hall of RG Kar Kolkata Hospital. His whereabouts at the scene were caught by the authorities based on CCTV footage and his left Bluetooth headsheet.
