Satan's Treaty Reveals Horror Stories At Home
JAKARTA - The Devils Agreement film will be screened in theaters starting September 5, 2024. The film produced by Multi Platinum Screen Pictures is directed by Farid Dermawan, the film The Devils Agreement stars Callista Arum (Kartini), Kenny Austin (Ivan), Gemi Nastiti (Diyanti), Jessica Shania (Citra) and TJ Ruth (Bu Asih).
The Devils Agreement featured the story of Kartini who migrated to Jakarta for college. Because the money was mediocre, Kartini was forced to live in a very cheap boarding house.
During his stay in the boarding house, Kartini often received ghost terror. Kartini did not realize that her life was threatened because it would be used as a sacrifice.
"The Devil's agreement is a horror film that is very tense because it explores psychological horror both from a human and a ghost point of view. As a mystery drama, the Devils Agreement has succeeded in providing a deep and enigmatic experience. The story makes sense, especially with a surprising final twist," explained Farid Dermawan during the gala premiere at Epicentrum, Kuningan, South Jakarta, Friday, August 30.
Callista Arum revealed that he was interested in being involved in the film The Devils Agreement because the story was very related to the community.
"So far, we have always heard horror stories that occur in boarding houses. And these stories are always very scary. So when I found out that the Devils' Agreement was about ghosts in the boarding house, I was immediately interested because it was a relationship," said Callista.
