JAKARTA - The defendant in the murder of Dante, Yudha Arfandi, testified in a trial held at the East Jakarta District Court on Thursday, August 29 yesterday. In his passing, Yudha said that it was true that he committed violence against Tamara Tyasmara in 2023 in the car.
"If July 2022 never, when have you ever committed physical violence?" asked the panel of judges to Yudha Arfandi.
"Ready, Starting, in 2023 in the car," replied Yudha Arfandi.
When asked whether or not he had beaten and kicked Tamara, Yudha admitted that he only hit the ear and denied having kicked her.
"When in the car, apart from being beaten, kicked too?," asked the panel of judges again.
"Ready, I just hit the ear, I never kicked it," said Yudha Arfandi.
