Sexual Case Impact, DearU And NCTZONE Platform Removes Taeil's Ex NCT Profile

JAKARTA - Taeil was announced to have left NCT by SM Entertainment on Wednesday, August 28. He was confirmed to be involved in a sexual harassment case confirmed by the Bangbae Police.

Because of this case, several platforms related to the NCT group announced the removal of Taeil content from their platforms.

NCT World as the owner of the NCT Zone game shared a statement that they would delete all Taeil content starting from profile and so on.

"We received an important announcement regarding Taeil. As a result, NCT ZONE decided not to release content or updates related to Taeil, and improvements scheduled for August 29 were canceled," said NCT World.

Before we deleted all content related to Taeil, we considered how to process it without causing harm to NCTzen ( NCT fans) in accessing NCT ZONE," they continued.

At the same time, the messaging platform is called Dear U. Bubble, which is a messaging platform between SM Entertainment artists and fans. They announced they would stop messaging services for Taeil.

"DearU Bubble services for NCT TAEIL will be discontinued," said Dear U. Bubble.

Stop it on August 29, 2024. For fans who have subscribed, they will get refunds.

For fans who subscribe to a multi-market system, they don't get half-funds but have to exchange for other member profiles.

In addition, SM Entertainment will provide a case update in a separate statement.
