Achieve Revenue Of IDR 1.3 Trillion, PANI Calls Sales Driven In The Product Segment
JAKARTA PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) expressed revenue in the first semester of 2024 of IDR 1.3 trillion. This achievement shows stable and promising development from the previous year.
President Director of Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Sugianto Kusuma or known as Aguan said that the addition of PANI subsidiaries contributed greatly to the gross profit recorded by PANI in the first six months of this year.
In addition, PANI posted a significant increase of 35 percent in net profit attributable to PANI of IDR 286 billion compared to IDR 211 billion recorded in the first semester of 2023.
Aguan said this could be achieved because PANI managed to consolidate additional subsidiaries at the end of 2023, which were funded by a second rights issue of IDR 10.5 trillion.
According to Aguan PANI, it also continues to show a positive trend of increasing pre-sales. Until June 2024, PANI has recorded pre-sales of IDR 3.3 trillion or 60 percent of the 2024 sales target of IDR 5.5 trillion.
"This shows that PANI has exceeded half of its annual target within 6 months. During the first and second quarters, PANI has marketed various types of products in various segments," he explained in a public expose live on Wednesday, August 28.

The first segment is a commercial plot located at CBD PIK2. Then, for the residential product segment, PANI has several projects that have been running, such as Bukit Nirmala, Bukit Villa Beach, Ilona @Pasadena Hills, Pasadena Spring, Sapporo Residence, Millennial House, Permata Hijau Residence, White Sand Residence, Permata Golf Residence and The Golf Signature.
While the next segment is commercial products which include Rukan Marina Bay, SOHO The Bund, Bizpark PIK2, Rukan Petak Sembilan (Cin Te Yen), and Rukan Lau Pa Sat, Rukan Little Siam, SOHO Miami and SOHO The Sunget Boulevard.
