KPK Summons Secretary Of MenPANRB Related To Obstruction Of Nurhadi's Investigation Case
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has scheduled the examination of three witnesses related to the obstruction case to investigate the case of former Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) Nurhadi. One of those who was summoned as a witness was the Secretary of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (MenPANRB) Dwi Wahyu Atmadji.
He is examined as a witness for the suspect Ferdy Yusman who is Nurhadi's driver.
"The person concerned is being examined as a witness for suspect FY," said Acting KPK spokesperson for prosecution Ali Fikri in his statement, Friday, March 26.
In addition, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) also examined two other witnesses, namely the honorary staff of the Ministry of National Education, Daday Mulyadi, and Nurhadi's wife, Tin Zuraida.
It is not yet known what material the investigators will ask. However, these three people are suspected of knowing about the case of the obstruction to the investigation being investigated by the KPK.

Previously reported, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) named Ferdy Yuman as a suspect in the case of obstruction of the investigation against Nurhadi and Riezky Herbiyono.
Ferdy is a driver who works for Nurhadi and has the role of renting the house that Nurhadi and his son-in-law used to hide when they became fugitives.
Not only that, but he was also the party trying to take Nurhadi and Riezky away when they were arrested by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) team some time ago.
As a result of his actions, Ferdy was suspected of violating Article 21 of the Corruption Law regarding obstruction of justice or obstructing investigations conducted on cases being investigated by the KPK.
