The Impact Of The Fire In Manggarai, Principal Of SDN 05 South Jakarta Make Sure The Students Still Get Lessons
JAKARTA - A total of 167 students of SDN 05 South Jakarta were affected by the fire that hit the Manggarai settlement, South Jakarta, Tuesday, August 13. Despite facing a disaster, teaching and learning activities (KBM) are still running.
Principal (Kepsek) SDN 05 Manggarai, Lusiana Maydona ensured that her students still received the subject matter as usual, even though they went online (on the network).
"We are responding by implementing distance or online learning," said Maydona at the location, Wednesday, August 14.
In addition to receiving the subject matter, continued Maydona, students who were victims of the fire will also receive trauma healing, in order to improve psychologically due to the fire incident.
"We provide trauma healing, we open classes on the second floor, we accommodate all the needs of the children, especially education. We don't give heavy assignments here. We invite them to sing," he said.

Based on data from the South Jakarta Education Office, there were 365 students affected by the Manggarai fire.
"There were 365 students affected by the evacuation," said Head of the Jakarta Education Office, Budi Awaludin in his statement, Wednesday, August 14.
Awaludin explained that hundreds of students affected consisted of elementary, junior high, and high school.
"We had a meeting earlier and we agreed that we would raise funds, especially those in schools and parents who were not affected, could donate to these schools to help existing students," he concluded.
