During One Week, 42 Perda Violators In Duren Sawit Were Caught In An Orderly Praja Operation
JAKARTA - Within one week, the Duren Sawit Sub-district Satpol PP managed to catch dozens of violators of the Regional Regulation resulting from Operation Bina Tertib Praja with various categories of social status.
"A total of 42 violators have been caught since the operation on Thursday, August 1, 2024," said Head of Satpol PP, Duren Sawit District, Jamaludin to reporters, Thursday, August 8.
Operational Activity for the Orderly Praja will continue until August 31, 2024. This operation is to maintain peace and public order in the Jakarta area.
"For today, only 1 person has been caught from Jalan Kejaksaan. The operation also combed other roads on Jalan Kolonel Suegiono, Jalan Kejaksaan, Jalan Laksamana Malahayati, Jalan Raden Intan and Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai," he said.

The implementation of the Tertib Praja Operation was carried out in accordance with the Instruction of the Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Civil Service Police Unit Number e-038 of 2024 with the targets of locations used by community members carrying out activities that violate Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2007 concerning Public Order.
Chapter II Article 7 (1) Every person or group of people who do not have the authority is prohibited from making traffic arrangements at intersections of roads, bends, or corneres with the intention of getting service rewards.
Chapter VIII Article 40 Everyone or body is prohibited : a. being beggars, buskers, hawkers and car racers, b. ordering other people to become beggars, buskers, hawkers, and car racers, c. buying to hawkers or giving money or goods to beggars, buskers, and car racers.
