The Hobby Of Driving Night Becomes Farrel Hilal's Inspiration To Write A Take It Slow Song
JAKARTA - Newcomer singer Farrell Hilal introduced the second single with the pop nuances RnB. After debuting with 'South Jakarta', Farrell presents a track that is also suitable to listen to while driving at night entitled 'Take It Slow'.
This lyrics written by Farrell tells about the feeling of someone who imagines driving at night with his partner while listening to slow songs together.
From the beginning of writing to the end of recording, the process of composing this song took four months. "Take It Slow" is one of 10 draft songs composed by the owner of Farrel Hilal Ramadhan's full name when he first joined Sony Music Entertainment Indonesia (SMEI).
"Perhaps, among the 10 songs, only two are deemed appropriate to be advanced to singles, including this 'Take It Slow'. However, it is possible that in the future, eight other songs will also be released. Of course with a slight change, whether it's in melodies or lyrics," explained Farrell in a written broadcast.
The 23-year-old singer packs 'Take It Slow' with a sound a bit similar to her first song. Not without reason, that was done by Farrell so that there was a common thread between the two.
So, if you want to leak a little, this first and second single is a travel process that will lead to my first album on Sony Music. Therefore, in all the production of my song in this phase, I try to put the same sound so that his identity remains and can become a unified story when it is combined in the album. So, this can be said to build hype and prepare listeners for the album later," he added.

Although he has just released two singles under the auspices of the SMEI label, the songwriter 'Butuh Bertemu' sung by Jesenn feels a lot that he has learned, especially regarding the production process.
You could say, one of the big things I learned was that the production of songs was neater, while in the past it was still abstract because I myself was still learning. Now, I've also started producing several singers. Better' is in the sense that I have to be able to produce songs that not only according to my taste, but can also be enjoyed and accepted by a wider layer of listeners. So, not only considering the personal side, but also the market taste. This is clearly what I will apply in my works in the future.
Farrell's message to listeners 'Take It Slow' will not be grandiose. Just enjoy the song. Hopefully this song can be enjoyed by all who listen, can be listened to over and over again, and is timeless," he concluded.
