For The Sake Of Children, Andika Rosadi Wants To Keep The Household With Nisya Ahmad

JAKARTA - The divorce trial for Nisya Ahmad and Andika Rosadi was held again at the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA) on Thursday, August 1 with the agenda of proof.

Unfortunately, at this trial, both Nisya and Andika were not present and were only represented by their respective attorneys.

Nata Sasmita, Andika Rosadi's attorney, said that the reason her client and Nisya were not present was because of their busy schedule elsewhere. "Today is the evidentiary agenda, they have activities, so to prove that today they cannot attend maybe the next trial can attend," said Nata Sasmita at the South Jakarta PA, Thursday, August 1.

After the trial, Nata said that Andika Rosadi had the intention to withdraw the divorce suit filed by Raffi Ahmad's younger brother for the sake of their children.

"If that's the case, we always try to withdraw the defendant's lawsuit because of why? This household problem has two heads of two thoughts, there is a difference of opinion that it is impossible to be united but still has to be in line and in harmony for the benefit of children. Because children are victims in this divorce," he explained.

No wonder Andika was sad when she found out that she had been sued for divorce from Nisya for thinking about the fate of their three children.

"The reaction is sad, why? Pak Andika loves children, if there is a child's divorce because the impact is very hitting our clients," said Nata Sasmita.

Until now, Nisya and Andika still live in the same house and raise their three children together.

"Meanwhile, they are still being cared for together, there are no demands for child custody," explained Nata.

"Yes, if the child is still used to it because there is still one house. That's why we are still fighting for the child because the child needs to be saved. It's a pity," he said.
