KPK Finds Electronic Goods As The Result Of Search Of Corruption For Procurement Of Emergency Goods For COVID-19 In West Bandung
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is again conducting a search in the case of alleged corruption in the procurement of emergency response goods for the COVID-19 pandemic at the West Bandung Regency Social Service.
As a result, electronic items allegedly linked to the allegations were found from the two search locations. The searches were carried out in Lembang, West Bandung Regency, and Bandung City, West Java.
"The two locations are the residences of parties related to this case. Evidence was found including electronic goods that are suspected of being linked to the case", said the KPK spokesman for the field of prosecution Ali Fikri in a written statement, Tuesday, March 23.
Furthermore, the items found and confiscated by the investigator will be further investigated.
"This evidence will be analyzed and confiscated in order to complete the investigation case file in question", he said.

As previously reported, the KPK was investigating the alleged corruption case at the West Bandung Social Service. This investigation was carried out in relation to allegations of corruption in the procurement of emergency response goods for the COVID-19 pandemic that occurred in 2020.
However, the KPK has not publicly provided a complete description of this case as well as the party designated as a suspect.
Because, according to the provisions during the leadership of Firli Bahuri et al, the announcement of the suspect will be made when the KPK investigators have made attempts to force the arrest or detention of the suspect.
In addition, the suspect's announcement and case construction have not been announced because investigators are still completing their work.
