KKP Calls Asset Transfer To Quarantine Agency Completed
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries through the Supervision and Control of Marine and Fishery Product Quality (BPPMHKP) stated that the transfer of human resources (HR) to assets to the Indonesian Quarantine Agency (Barantin) was completed in July 2024.
"Yes, we have processed this. In terms of government administration, right, of course there must be an internal process here. Then there are correspondence, but we have finished it, really," said Head of BPPMHKP Ishartini when met by reporters at the KKP Building, Jakarta, Tuesday, July 30.
Ishartini ensured that currently the process of transitioning human resources to these assets was only a administrative settlement.
"Yes, it's finished, it's just administrative, yes. We both (finished the administrative process)," he added.
Previously, the KKP targeted the transfer of human resources to assets to Barantin to be completed in July 2024.

The number of human resources as many as 976 employees has been transferred to Barantin in January 2024.
Then, the KKP has also reallocated a budget of Rp. 172.74 billion to Barantin in the same month. Where, the asset is in the process of being finalized with the target of the Handover Minutes (BAST) in July.
The finalization includes all technical implementation units completed in verification and validation along with a team from the Indonesian Quarantine Agency.
