Robertbor Jr. Back To MCU: New Face, Same Task!

JAKARTA - Robertbor Jr. made a surprise for Marvel fans by attending as one of the cast in the film Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars. He attended the Marvel panel presentation session at Comic-Con on 27 July.

Two directors, Russo Brothers, were first announced as directors of the two new Avengers films, namely Secret Wars and Doomsday. Both films are confirmed to replace Avengers: Kang Dynasty after the main character, Jonathan Majors, was involved in a case of violence.

Launching Deadline, the Russo Brothers explained that they needed the right actors to join the Avengers. Then, someone wearing a closed green robe came on stage and revealed that he was Robert banyak Jr who played Victor Von Doom.

Robertbor Jr. who plays Tony Stark or Iron Man died in the film Avengers: Endgame. He is one of the characters that opens the Marvel cinematic universe or Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

The Oscar winner then uploaded a photo of himself with the mask he was holding on the Comic-Con stage.

"New face, the same task," wrote Robertbor Jr.

"Another upload he shared with the caption, 'Did I say? I like playing complex characters," he said again.

The news led the actors, especially those who joined the MCU, to write their reactions tokoal Jr.'s return to Marvel.

"I don't understand, now you're the bad guy?" wrote Gwyneth Paltrow, the character of Pepper Potts who debuted at the MCU with Iron Man in 2008.

"Hey brat, green costume fits you well," wrote Mark Ruffalo who played The Hulk.

"I can't see this, it was definitely really crazy there," wrote Florence Pugh, who plays Yelena Belova.

"When I finished driving for five hours, someone said 'Robert here' and I thought something was going to happen. I just found out on the spot. I didn't think so," said Sebastian Stan.

"We always say, green is your color," wrote the Russo Brothers.

Avengers: Doomsday is slated to hit theaters in May 2026.
