Through New Works, Ecoutez Wants To Get Attention From Gen Z Listeners

JAKARTA - Delia Septianti revealed that Coutez is preparing a new work in the form of a mini album which is expected to be released this year.

Talking about the differences from Ecotez's new work with previous songs, the vocalist said the band wanted to produce the appropriate song and could be enjoyed by Gen Z.

"We remain ourselves, the difference is that we want to attract the attention of the new generation, Gen Z," said Delia Septianti in Cilandak, South Jakarta, Thursday, July 25.

"Because in my era, in 2005-2006, there may be many Gen Z brothers who are not familiar with Ecotez, so what we focus on is new songs, how can the songs also hit Gen Z's ears," he continued.

Delia also talked about the reasons that made Coutez want to work. According to him, togetherness in music has become a separate part for each personnel.

What keeps us excited is our togetherness. Especially after 12 years apart, so right now, how does it feel to be with my friends, "said Delia.

"We are committed together, whatever happens, no matter what, accept it or not, the important thing is that we just keep working," continued the former child singer.

"Because it turned out that after I left Ecotez for 12 years, it turned out that Ecotez, me, myself, my passion. Maybe yesterday it felt like my hobby was missing, I was missing. So when I just found it again.."
