Operation Patuh Jaya Starts Today, Check Locations In South Jakarta

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Unit will hold a Operation Patuh Jaya program at a number of points, to ensure traffic order.

South Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Head Kompol Yunita Natalia said Patuh Jaya activities would start today, Monday 15 July to 28 July 2024.

"That starting from July 15-28, 2024, an independent police operation will be held to an area called Operation Patuh Jaya 2024," Yunita said in her statement, Monday, July 15.

Yunita explained, in the Patuh Jaya 2024 program, her party has recorded three points that have been examined by its members, namely Pasar Minggu, Kebayoran Baru and Cilandak, South Jakarta.

"The implementation is for the South Jakarta area, we prioritize 3 locations. At Pasar Minggu in Robinson, then in Cilandak Jalan Raya Fatmawati and Ciputat Raya, Kebayoran Lama," he said.

On that occasion, Yunita also appealed to road users to always comply with traffic rules to prevent unwanted things from happening.

"For road users, we urge people to always pass by orderly, not to commit violations. Because in the next 14 days, we will enforce the law with an electronic ticket," he concluded.
