Joint Officers Secure CCTV Camera And Mysterious Antenna At Gatot Subroto Flyover

JAKARTA - A number of joint officers from the TNI, Polri and Satpol PP secured surveillance cameras (CCTV) and illegal antennas on the Gatot Subroto flyover, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta.

The control of CCTV cameras whose owners are not yet known is done so that there is no abuse.

"Dari pada jatuh, pengalaman di flyover itu, bamboo bendera partai. Jadi dengan pengalaman itu, kita khawatir terhadap angin, jatuh. Karena tangannya kurang kuat itu saja," kata Camat Mampang Prapatan, Ujang Hermawan saat dikonfirmasi, Selasa, 9 Juli.

Ujang said the activity was carried out impromptuly because the information came from residents' reports. However, prior to the implementation, his party had contacted the TNI-Polri to the village level.

"We have coordinated with the police, as well as the TNI. Whether it's the owner or from the DKI Regional Government, especially the Transportation Agency, what is the TMC Polda, it's not. So that means the ownership hasn't been caught yet," he said.

"I coordinated with Kominfo, he said there was one provider. It turned out that when he was visited, 'oh, it's not mine'," he added.

He said that if the owner of the CCTV and illegal antenna wants to take it back, then there is a process that must be passed, such as the Yustisi trial and sanctions from the Satpol PP.

"I remind you not to harm road users, that's the point," he said.
