Atalarik Syach Says Tsania Marwah Serakah Doesn't Want To Share Children's Custody
JAKARTA - Atalarik Syah again vented about the feud between him and his ex-wife, Tsania Marwah regarding the custody of their two children. Atalarik said that their two children preferred to live with him compared to Tsania.
Whereas in the divorce decision in 2017, the Court decided that child custody fell to Tsania Marwah. However, Tsania claimed it was difficult to meet her children.
This was denied by Atalarik who said that he took the initiative to provide options for distributing children's schedules. Where Tsania is given time from Friday to Sunday every week.
However, it turned out that Teddy Syach's brother's good intentions were rejected by Tsania.
"I took the initiative to schedule and said please bring the children every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. In my opinion, it's good. He can be free to bring children to play," said Atalarik Syach, quoted from YouTube Denny Sumargo, Friday, June 14.
"On Saturday, if he is free and wants to take the child to Singapore, for example, go ahead. Sunday he can go home, I give him (the opportunity) that he refuses to be with," he said.

It didn't stop there, Atalarik accused Tsania of being greedy because she wanted to control child custody completely without being shared with her.
He is of the opinion that even though he and Tsania have separated, the problem of managing children's growth and development is still the responsibility of both of them.
"He wants 100 percent custody too, the language is not very good, he doesn't want to share either," added Atalarik Syach.
"The law does not speak like that. The court's decision does say that he has child custody. However, in the application there must still be involvement to both parties. It's better that way," he said.
