In The Aftermath Of Confiscation Of PDIP Documents And Staff Of Secretary General Hasto, KPK Investigators Will Be Policed To Bareskrim

JAKARTA - PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto, Kusnadi, will report the confiscation carried out by investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission or the KPK. The report was made to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police today.

"Yes ( MAKE a report) at the National Police Headquarters," said Kusnadi's attorney, Johannes Tobing when confirmed, Thursday, June 13.

The report was made because the confiscation was deemed inappropriate. This is because Kusnadi is not related to the Harun Masiku case which is being handled by the KPK.

Moreover, in the confiscation there was a DPP PDI-P document which was also not related to a criminal act

"Regarding the support belonging to the PDI-P DPP party and the confiscation belonging to Pak Hasto's staff, which has nothing to do with the Harun Masiku case," said Johannes.

Kusnadi had told the moment when he was examined by investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission or the KPK, namely Kompol Rosa Purbo Bekti.

It all started when asked to go up to the examination room. At that time, investigators admitted that they were summoned by Hasto, who was undergoing examination as a witness in the Harun Masiku case who was still at large. However, he was instead examined and his belongings and Hasto Kristiyanto were confiscated by investigators.

"When he was examined, ed) he hit him, 'you've been silent'," said Kusnadi telling the moment to the media crew.

"I'm an ordinary person, I'm afraid," he continued.

Kusnadi also claimed not to know anything, including the reason investigators examined him. "He said it was for proof. I don't know. I don't know what evidence is for me, I don't know," he said.

Kusnadi said that investigators had confiscated his personal belongings. Among them are ATM cards and savings books with a nominal value of less than IDR 1 million.
