Here's The Chronology Of The Confiscation Of Hasto Kristiyanto's Cellphone Version Of The KPK
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confirmed that the confiscation of cellphones and other goods from the Secretary General of the PDI-P (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto was in accordance with the rules.
KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo explained that this forced effort was carried out after Hasto was asked whether he was carrying a cellphone or not when he was examined on Monday, June 10. The party politician bearing the bull symbol then said that the item was left by his staff, Kusnadi.
"The witness replied that the communication tools were with his staff. Investigators (later, ed) asked the staff from witness H to be summoned," Budi told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday, June 10.
Hasto's staff who waited downstairs during the examination were then summoned. After that, investigators confiscated evidence in the form of electronic devices or cellphones, notes, and agendas belonging to witnesses," he said.
Budi ensured that this confiscation was necessary because it was related to the Harun Masiku case, which is still at large. Investigators also have the authority to do so.

As previously reported, PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto was examined as a witness regarding the latest information about Harun Masiku who was still at large on Monday, June 10. After that, he complained because the cellphone in his assistant was confiscated.
This confiscation made him argue with investigators. Then, Hasto asked for the examination to be postponed.
