Asking ASN To Move To IKN If They Want To Position, Minister Of Home Affairs Tito: Many Are Involving, Especially Given Incentives
JAKARTA - Minister of Home Affairs M Tito Karnavian confirmed that he asked state civil servants (ASN) to move to the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) if they wanted to get promoted quickly. Tito said that many ASN were interested in moving from DK Jakarta to the new capital city in East Kalimantan.According to Tito, if ASN wants to be successful quickly, they must be brave with new challenges. He also gave an example of his experience while serving in Poso, Central Sulawesi and Papua."I think so, because in Jakarta everything is delicious, there is a mall there is one. There are all many facilities, there are facilities there where facilities are only partially built in IKN but complete in Balikpapan. So it was the same when I was a policy in Papua," said Tito at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, June 10.Moreover, said Tito, if ASNs are given incentives, their subordinates will be more in droves to move to IKN. So according to the former National Police Chief, his request should not be seen as negative."I see that many of my staff at the Ministry of Home Affairs want to participate and fight, what's more, they are given incentives, budgets, promotion incentives, fights. So don't be negative," he said.Previously, Minister of Home Affairs Tito asked his staff at the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) who wanted to move up the position to first move to the capital city of Nusantara (IKN). Because, according to Tito, those who want to take the initiative to move to IKN are included in the criteria for the state civil apparatus (ASN) fighter.
"Oh, I ask (who wants to move up first to IKN)," Tito told reporters in the IKN area, East Kalimantan, Wednesday, June 5, as reported by the official statement.According to him, moving to IKN can be an incentive in the form of promotion. Like his experience when he was the Papuan Police Chief.
