Joy Red Velvet And Kim Hye Yoon Get New Drama Offers

JAKARTA - Joy Red Velvet may meet in the latest Korean drama. Reportedly, Joy received an offer to star in a drama called The Year We Turned 29.

SM Entertainment as the agency stated, "Joy accepted the offer to star in the drama The Year We Turned 29 and is considering".

Artist Company as Kim Hye Yoon's agency said the actress was still considering the offer. "Nothing can be confirmed."

The Year We Turned 29 is a drama adapted from a webtoon of the same name that tells the story of three friends aged 29. The three of them have the name Woo Ri and live a life of love, work, and education together.

Bong Woo Ri entered art school and worked as a designer in a magazine, Cha Woo Ri became a cold and curt flight attendant but worked hard, and Kim Woo Ri, someone who prepared a government employee entrance exam but was on hiatus due to a panic attack.

This project has been initiated since 2020 but has been delayed repeatedly. Her first role has been offered to Kim Hye Yoon since April 2022 but until now Hye Yoon has not been known what her role is.

In addition, Joy is offered the role of Cha Woo Ri. He last acted in the drama Once Upon a Small Town in 2022. He is also preparing for Red Velvet's latest album.

After being postponed for several years, the production of this drama has been made again.
