Police Consider Restorative Justice In The Case Of Young Mother Having Sex With Her Biological Child In South Tangerang

JAKARTA - The police are considering restorative justice (RJ) steps in the case of a young mother having sex with her biological child in Pondok Areng, South Tangerang (Tangsel).

Deputy Director of Special Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Hendri Umar said that his party would still investigate the restorative justice in the case.

"What is clear is that we continue to deepen the possibility of restorative justice and so on and we will definitely update it," Hendri told reporters at Polda Metro Jaya, Wednesday, June 5.

He added that his party would weigh carefully by prioritizing the psychological condition of the child as a victim.

However, continued Hendri, the police will first investigate the whereabouts of the owner of the Icha Shakila account.

"After we collect it, after we make it the whole thread of this series of criminal acts, then we can take the next step," he said.

RH (22), a young mother who is suspected of molesting a 5-year-old biological child in South Tangerang (Tangsel) has been named a suspect. However, NK as the reporter of this case hopes that the police will not detain her so that her family will not be threatened.
