Sitting In Case Of Alleged Fraud That Dragged Tiko's Husband BCL, Started A Restaurant Business

JAKARTA - The husband of artist Bunga Citra Lestari (BCL) Tiko Aryawardhana was policed by his ex-wife, AW, on suspicion of fraud of Rp. 6.9 billion. The police said the case started with investment in the company's capital in the food sector.

"The reporter is a commissioner, the reported party is a director. Based on the incident they reported they were in a company, there was investment there," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Tuesday, June 4.

The restaurant is also operating. But over time, the reporter found that there was a difference in money.

However, for the number, Ade has not been able to convey it. Because the details are still under investigation.

"Then there is a difference, the difference in money. We can't mention it because this is a report later that is still being investigated," he said.

With these findings, AW reported the alleged fraud and/or embezzlement to the South Jakarta Metro Police on July 23, 2022.

The existence of this report is the basis for investigating the case. So far, three witnesses have been examined.

In the process, investigators are still looking for additional evidence and clues regarding the alleged fraud and/or embezzlement.

"This difference is still being investigated, whether it is suitable for the benefit of the company because of differences, embezzlement by embezzlement in the position is carried out by an employee or someone who gets a salary from a business sector," said Ade.

Previously, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Bintoro, said that he had conducted an external audit regarding the loss in the alleged fraud case.

As a result, the loss suffered by the victim did not reach Rp6.9 billion. However, the actual loss value in the case has not been disclosed.

"For the total reported loss of Rp. 6.9 billion. However, from the audit results, the amount is not like that," said Bintoro.
