Google Password Manager Can Share Passwords With Family
JAKARTA At the beginning of this year, Google was seen developing password sharing capabilities in Google Password Manager. Now, this feature has been launched in the latest version of Google Password Manager.
First discovered by Android Authority, password sharing capabilities have been launched through the latest version of Google Play Service for May, v24.20. Users can already use their features on Google Chrome.
Google has deliberately launched this new capability to make it easier to manage passwords. With the launch of this new capability, users can share passwords with people in family groups.
"You can securely share your password with your family group in Google Password Manager. When you share a password, your family members will receive the password copy in their Google Password Manager, which is ready to be used," Google said.

From screenshots shared by Android Authority, the pop-up password sharing feature will appear when the user wants to edit or set the username and password. The user will see the icon sharing in the lower left corner of the screen.
When clicked, the user will see a follow-up pop-up to confirm the password sharing. If you want to immediately share your password, the user only needs to tap the Share button in the lower right corner of the screen.
Until now, the new various password features are visible on Google Chrome for mobile devices. Apparently, this new capability is still being developed for the desktop version so it hasn't been seen on Chrome for Windows and Mac.
