Young Woman Arrested By Two Men In The Mediterranean Apartment Palace In Front Of The Kemayoran Police

JAKARTA - A young woman became a victim of confinement by two men in the 30th floor room, Tower B, the Mediterranean Palace Apartment, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.

From VOI's observation, the location of the incident was not far from the Kemayoran Police Headquarters. The location of the incident was in front of the Kemayoran Police Station.

According to the information gathered, the victim was held captive by mouth covered with duct tape and his hands tied with rope. The female victim also suffered a number of wounds.

The incident was only revealed after the Kemayoran Police received a report from the public. Then the police carried out a raid and arrested one perpetrator at the scene.

Meanwhile, another perpetrator has fled from the crime scene. The police also carried out tracking of the whereabouts of the perpetrators.

From the results of the tracking, it is known that the perpetrator was at Gambir Station about to flee out of town by train. Tracking is carried out through the cellphone of the perpetrator who has been tapped.

The perpetrator was arrested while sitting waiting for the train arrival at Gambir Station. The perpetrator was then taken to the Kemayoran Police for further investigation.

Meanwhile, the motive for the confinement and alleged abuse of a woman is not yet known. The case is still being handled by the Kemayoran Police.
