Drone Emprit About Trending #BeaCukai The Best: Polesan Buzzer

JAKARTA - Drone Employee analyst Nova Mujahid revealed his analysis regarding the hashtag #BeaCukaiBest hashtag which became a trending topic on X (formerly Twitter), Thursday, May 15.

He said that netizens actually responded to the hashtag cynically and called it a buzzer job.

"The hashtag #BeaCukai Terbaik began to appear on Twitter on May 15 morning. It was observed that at 10 am the hashtag had been included in the ranks of the Indonesian Trending Topics (TTI). Then it pushed topped the TTI since May 15 at 16.00 WIB. Slowly it fell since 17.00 WIB until it was ranked 8th at 19.49 WIB," Nova said.

He revealed, after being ranked 49 TTI at night, slowly #BeaCukai Terbaik rose again since last Thursday at 01.00 WIB.

Then at 10.00 WIB on the same day, the hashtag continued to press on in the top 10 TTI ranks.

"From the narrative that was raised, it can be seen that this hashtag is trying to raise various Customs and Excise achievements, improvements in agencies (mutation, removal, or examination of employees and officials), as well as appreciation of figures and the community for personnel and agencies," he said.

In addition, the Customs and Excise position as the front gate for guards of illegal goods entering the Republic of Indonesia is also in the spotlight of discussion.

This, he said, was accompanied by a link upload containing news about the findings of various illicit goods by Customs, such as drugs.

"However, the tone of criticism of Customs and Excise which has been widely voiced by the public in these weeks also seems to be quite busy. Some accounts are actually seen cynically in the hashtag #BeaCukai Terbaik by calling this a buzzer job," said Nova.

"Recently, apart from using the word Customs and Excise, in the hashtag #BeaCukaiIt is also found that criticism of Customs and Excise is also found. The narratives raised are still similar, including unclear regulations, disappointing services, employee corruption, bullying by the state, uniformed thugs, etc.," he added.

In addition, he assessed that this hashtag does not reflect a real public voice.

"So that this can only be seen circulating on Twitter, #BeaCukai is not found Best on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Usually, if an issue becomes a wide public concern, there will be a cross-platform issue. This issue will become a conversation on other channels," Nova said.
