Anies Baswedan Knows That The Managing Director Of Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles, Has Been A Suspect In The KPK Since Last Week
JAKARTA - The Managing Director of Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles Pinontoan, is a suspect in the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Yoory was named a suspect in a case of alleged corruption in the procurement of land for IDR 0 DP house.
The Caretaker of DKI Jakarta Regional-Owned Enterprise Development Agency (BP BUMD), Riyadi, said that his party reported this to DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan on Friday, March 5.
"Since March 5, I have known," Riyadi told the media crew, Jakarta, Monday, March 8.
According to Riyadi, after receiving this report, Anies Baswedan immediately took action. Namely deactivating Yoory Corneles Pinontoan from the Managing Director of Sarana Jaya.
"As soon as we get the report from Sarana Jaya, the Governor (Anies Baswedan) immediately took action to deactivate it," he said.

Previously reported, the KPK confirmed that it was conducting an investigation into the alleged corruption case of land purchase for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's IDR 0 DP Program by DKI Jakarta Regional-Owned Enterprises.
"It's true after two sufficient preliminary pieces of evidence were found, the KPK is currently carrying out investigations into alleged TPK related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Rangon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Province in 2019," said Acting KPK spokesman Ali. Fikri.
Shortly afterwards, Anies Baswedan dismissed Yoory C. Pinontoan from the position of President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya.
"The governor at that time immediately made a decision to deactivate the person concerned. In this case, Yoory will follow the legal process by adhering to the presumption of innocence," said the Acting Head of BP BUMD for DKI Jakarta Province, Riyadi.
