Dahyun TWICE Debuts Acting, Joins New Film Ha Seok Jin
JAKARTA - Dahyun TWICE will mark his acting debut in director Lee Seung Hoon's latest film Sprint. He will compete acting with actor Ha Seok Jin.
Today, Thursday, May 2, Dahyun's agency JYP Entertainment confirmed the news. Dahyun is said to be joining the independent film.
"He joined the project and is preparing to shoot," said JYP Entertainment.
Sprint is a sports film that tells of people who have dreams that seem impossible but have a desire to make them happen.
Ha Seok Jin will play Kang Goo Young, a runner who broke the track record of 100 meters for the first time in 30 years. Unlike expectations, 10 years passed and Goo Young found himself not having a passion to run.

Dahyun's role here has not been revealed. On the other hand, actor Lee Shin Young received an offer to play this film. Lee Shin Young is said to be playing Seung Yeol.
The figure of Seung Yeol is someone who dreams of becoming a footballer but an incident takes him in the world of running.
Dahyun himself is known as one of the active TWICE members in various variety shows. This year TWICE is holding a world tour that will end in July in Japan.
The Sprint film reportedly started filming this May.
