DPRD Confirms The Director Of DKI BUMD As A Corruption Suspect Of The Land Purchase For DP IDR 0 House
JAKARTA - Chairman of Commission B for the Economy of DKI Jakarta Regional House of Representatives (DPRD), Abdul Aziz confirmed the news of an initial YC as the President Director of DKI Jakarta Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD).
The KPK named YC as a suspect related to corruption in the purchase of land for the construction of a DP IDR 0 house in Pondok Ranggon and Munjul, Cipayung, East Jakarta.
The DKI Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) which is implementing this program is PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya. The value of state losses due to the alleged corruption is estimated at around hundreds of billions of rupiah.
"Based on the information I got from the Assistant for the Economy (Sri Haryati), the news (YC was named a suspect) is true," said Abdul in a short message, Monday, March 8.
The President Director of PD Pembangunan Sarana is Jaya Yoory C Pintonoan. VOI also tried to ask about the truth of this news, but Yoory's cellphone number was not active. Then, VOI tried to ask for confirmation from the Assistant Secretary of the DKI for the Economy Sri Haryati via a telephone line, but was unable to connect.
VOI has also tried to contact KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri to Acting KPK spokesperson for prosecution Ali Fikri. However, there has been no response until this news is broadcasted.

Previously, the Directorate of Corruption Crimes at Criminal Investigation Agency of the National Police (Bareskrim Polri) had investigated allegations of corruption and money laundering on the land purchase budget by DKI BUMD, PD Sarana Jaya.
One of them is the 0 rupiah down payment (DP) house land program, which is the policy of DKI Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan.
Head of the National Police's Public Information Bureau, Brigadier General Raden Prabowo Argo Yuwono, said the police were carrying out this investigation, but the parties in the case and the land in question had not been disclosed to date.
