Apple CEO Team Cook Visits Vietnam To Meet Content Creators
JAKARTA - Apple CEO Tim Cook arrived in Hanoi on Monday 15 April to begin a two-day visit to Vietnam, which is now a key manufacturing hub for iPhone makers. During his visit, it is hoped that he will meet with students and content creators, as reported by Vietnamese media.
VietnamNet, an online newspaper, said that Cook will also meet with Apple product users to better understand how these products are used.

"Apple will increase connections with local suppliers, clean water projects, and educational opportunities," Cook said as quoted by VietnamNet on his arrival.
Previously, more than 60 human rights and environmental agencies pressured Apple in a letter to act on the detention of Vietnamese climate experts. The activist organization urged the company to step in on the matter, given its links to manufacturing.
