Airlangga Waits For Call As Witness Of The Presidential Election Lawsuit Session At The Constitutional Court
Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto responded to the plan to summon him as a witness in the continued trial of the 2024 presidential election dispute at the Constitutional Court (MK).
Airlangga admitted that he had not received his summons in the presidential election dispute trial which will be held on Friday, April 5, in the future. Even so, he is waiting for an invitation as a witness.
"Yes, we are waiting for the call. There is no invitation yet," said Airlangga in Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, April 1.
When asked for certainty to attend the Constitutional Court hearing, the General Chairperson of Golkar reiterated that he was still waiting for an invitation to summon him.
"Yes, if the Constitutional Court is waiting for an invitation," said Airlangga.
It is known that the Constitutional Court (MK) plans to summon four Jokowi ministers in a follow-up hearing on the 2024 presidential election dispute.

The four ministers are Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto, Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Muhadjir Effendy, Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani and Minister of Social Affairs (Mensos) TriRismaharani.
The Constitutional Court plans to summon the four Jokowi ministers on Friday, April 5, this week as witnesses.
"Friday will be reserved for summons of parties deemed necessary by the Constitutional Court based on the results of a noble meeting of the judges this morning," said Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Suhartoyo in a follow-up trial today, Monday, April 1, quoted from YouTube of the Constitutional Court.
