Resident Playbook Delays Screening, Replaced By Drama Wi Ha Joon

JAKARTA - The Korean drama Resident Playbook has been delayed and will be replaced by another drama. The spin-off from Hospital Playlist is reported by OSEN to air in the second half of this year.

Initially, Resident Playbook was scheduled to air on May 11 after Queen of Tears finished airing. However, today, Friday, March 22, the broadcast of their drama will be replaced by the drama Graduate or The Midnight Romance in Hagwon.

The Midnight Romance in Hagwon will air after Queen of Tears is complete, tvN said on the same day.

"Resident Playbook is scheduled to air in the second half of this year, with an unspecified schedule," they said again.

The production house announced the news of the broadcast, but this delay is suspected to be related to the large number of medical staff who have been discharged from hospitals in South Korea.

This phenomenon makes the reduction of employees in hospitals and not a few are worried about the status of the drama.

Directed by Shin Won Ho, this drama tells the story of residents and doctors at the Jongro branch of the Yulje Medical Center. Go Youn Jung, Kang You Seok, Shin Si Ah, Han Ye Ji, and Jung Joon Won are confirmed to join as the main characters. tvN also released the premiere of Go Yoon Jung who seemed to bring a patient.

While the drama that will air first is the Graduation or The Midnight Romance in Hagwon. The graduation is set by Daechi and tells the story of Lee Joon Ho (Wi Ha Joon) who graduated from a well-known campus to teach to meet his tutor.

Lee Joon Ho likes Seo Hye Jin (Jung Ryeo Woon), the tutor where Joon Ho studied.
